This individual will work with HR Management and key HR personnel and clients to establish meaningful, actionable quality indicators, consistently demonstrates utilizing data and measurement systems to drive fact based decision making and positive change in the National Functions division. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Formulates and provides recommendations regarding appropriate performance metrics. Acts in an advisory capacity to clients on metrics, measures and dashboards. * Develops and generates key operational and strategic materials for senior management in support of major programs and processes. * Assists in the management of department resources and workload distribution. Must be an expert in a wide variety of data reporting, retrieval, and analysis tools. * Evaluates current processes and provides recommendations for process improvements. * Maintain client contact as necessary for data and interface issues. Responds to client requests and questions in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains documentation and processing notes for all interfaces and on-going procedures. Identifies current/potential problem areas in on-going processing and suggests solutions, changes and improvements. * Assists in developing and utilizing data gathering tools, such as surveys/questionnaires, work sampling, and/or modeling to ensure that appropriate quantitative and qualitative data is gathered for the analyses. * Extracts data for analysis and interpretation for project teams, clients, and/or department management. * Prepares reports synthesizing analytical results, highlighting implications of findings; including recommendations for suggested action steps based on the analytic results.
