Our client, located in Jersey City, New Jersey is seeking a Java Developer for an immediate Contract position. Details include: Responsibilities: Design/development of new initiative under supervision of technical lead. This requires prospective consultant to have some experience working with different technologies such as Java, Applets. Work required within the scope of the position includes design and development of new project. Candidates should have at least 2-3 year(s) experience in software development or BS in CS or related field with ability and will to learn new technologies. This position is for a company in the financial industry, so experience/knowledge in the financial field is a plus. Requirements • Java, J2EE, EJB, JDBC, Servlets • JSP• XML• HTML, Javascript • SQL, database design (plus), stored procedure development (plus) • JBOSS knowledge a plus.
