| Qualifications: |
Required Skills: . Five years processing of domestic and global Corporate Actions experience and cost allocations. . Perform daily oversight functions. . Validate terms of announcement across multiple vendors . Communicate Corporate Actions details to Portfolio Managers . Solicit, reconcile and process elections responses internally and externally (Custodians) . Ability to meet deadlines multiple times daily, work effectively under pressure . Attention to details, strong analytical and verbal skills . Work on projects and enhancement testing . Review Dividends, Paydowns, Interest and other automatically posted events for accuracy . Research and resolve asset and cash breaks . Research and resolve client inquires . Maintain lines of communication with support banks, Portfolio Managers, Compliance, Trade Operations and Performance Groups . Knowledge with vendor Corporate Actions system i.e. Xcitek, Smart Stream a plus . Knowledge of GIM portfolio accounting system a plus, as well as PACE and Checkfree APL . Proficiency with Microsoft applications; EXCEL, ACCESS, WORD etc. . Support manager with MIS reporting and oversight This is an excellent opportunity to join a winning team.
