Job/Project Details: A very well known non-profit hospital provider is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist. This hospital has a diverse community across Arizona, California, and Nevada. This person must be able to lead a team and work direct with Program Managers to define and control scope, lead multi-location development teams through the full lifecycle of a Meditech EMR Implementation. Responsibilities include: -Manage team of technical professionals including both direct and indirect reports to support Integration Project Services. -Coordinate work with technical teams, vendors and customers to quickly and effectively resolve issues affecting the delivery of Integration Applications and Integration Project Delivery -Develop and maintain excellent relationships with vendors, business owners, and leadership in a multi-vendor project team. -Coordinate with functional managers, project managers, business owners and customers to appropriately support business. -Act as a consultant by proactively providing or recommending solutions. -Communicate effectively with executives, peers, direct and indirect reports, business owners, users, vendors and other technical personnel. -Provide customer & internal meeting facilitation -Escalate issues and make recommendations to appropriately support Integration EDI and Integration Projects application delivery.
