Immediate need for Business Process Analyst! 5 yrs professional work exp., 2+ years working in an analyst role, 2+ years working in a technology or technology related environment, and 2+ yrs. experience in process development and process improvement will be keys to success in this growing, stable organization. Responsibilities: Possesses a thorough knowledge of proper configuration practices and standards for the Firms technology platform. Provides direction regarding on-site technical support and maintenance to resolve systems problems. Interacts wit h clients to gather symptoms, resolve problems, and communicate status and results. Acts as first line in escalation of support problems from Analysts and TDP Engineers. Writes functional specifications. Gathers business/data requirements and communicates to team. The Analyst will gather and document business requirements, develop system functional requirements and specifications and design specifications for existing and future business systems. The Analyst will act as a liaison between business staff and technical staff to articulate needs, issues, and concerns. The Analyst will perform certification and system integration testing as appropriate and will assist in the facilitation of UAT with the appropriate business partners. Will be responsible for the analysis, deployment, coordination and development of a wide range of control points throughout the PAM group. Utilizing a wide range of analytical skills and resources, this position is responsible for identifying and developing a unified PAM structure and consistency for policy and procedures, release coordination, application change management, key performance areas, and project support.
