Qualifications:

  Minimum of two years experience with Windows/Unix network installations and configurations, including two years as a Technical Support Analyst I, or equivalent in technical training.
  Microsoft MCP, Unix or other manager-approved IT certification, required

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

Job/Project Details: Our client is a growing financial services cooperative seeking a broadly skilled support resource on a contract-to-hire basis.  Responsibilities include:  

      Analysis of applications integration into the LAN/WAN environments
      Diagnosis and correction of network hardware and software configuration problems
      Project management support and coordination for deployment of new and upgraded PCs, servers, and printer hardware/software platforms and peripherals
      Assisting in training Technical Support Analyst I/Trainee positions

      Maintaining current professional and technical knowledge pertaining to industry standards and best practices in the field
