At least four years expertise with various Citrix platforms in an enterprise Data Center
Six years experience supporting WinTel based systems and tools
Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, 4.5 and XenApp skills and experience (mandatory)
Citrix Web Interface, Data Store, Zones, Licensing experience
Thorough knowledge of implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory objects and Group Policies
Thorough knowledge of Windows 2003 and Terminal Services
Skills in various scripting tools
Experience and hands-on knowledge with installing, publishing and testing various applications in a Global Citrix Farm
Experience debugging multi-tier applications
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Process orientation with a strong understanding of production support
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

| Job/Project Details: |
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a broadly-skilled Engineer with expertise in Citrix platforms.
Responsibilities for this position:
Project Support:
Provide engineering consulting and design services for business projects as identified
Provide input to Citrix system architecture in coordination with engineers across other sites
Develop, implement and follow processes for integration of applications into a Citrix environment
Assess client requirements for application deployment via Citrix
Design solutions that allow client applications to be deployed via Citrix
Implement, document, and support the deployment of client applications via Citrix
Provide leadership to Data Center Operations resources for the running of the Citrix environment
Technical Support
Provide third level technical support and consultation
Ensure general operation of and provide technical support for the Citrix environment
Perform problem isolation and determination to ensure proper handling of issues with applications in the Citrix environment
Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations as necessary
Provide third level technical support for all escalation items and act as SME for high-level requests
