  AD configuration
  System Administration (Account management, network configuration, file system configuration)
  Performance Troubleshooting
  Hardware remediation (Hard Drives, Processor, Memory, System Boards)
  Data Backups and Restores including BCVs
  HP Data Protector Backup Systems
  ISA Server Administration highly desirable
  Knowledge of Altiris highly desirable
  Knowledge of PCI highly desirable
