Job Description: Our client is currently looking for new talent to join a growing Technical Support Team that provides front line end-to-end support to users of our clients collaborative, real time on line meeting software. Primary Duties Continuously receive inbound calls / emails from product end users or prospective clients. Provide customer support through guidance, training and/or education to users on basic customer account or product technical issues. Troubleshoot the customers problems using the tools provided and troubleshooting knowledge. Requirements: Demonstrate clear verbal communication skills defined as the ability to speak clearly in English and educate and guide customers, of all technical skill levels, through support interfaces and troubleshooting processes. 3 6 months technical phone support experience General computer and networking skills with the understanding of hardware and software platforms. Experience with MS Office Applications and Internet search engines. Preferred Skills Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server 2000/2003, XP and Vista). Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook (2000, 2002, 2003, 2007) and other Messaging Clients (POP3/IMAP/SMTP). Ability to collaborate technically with other groups. Skills/Knowledge of DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering and Virus Protection.
