| Job/Project Details: |
As a senior member of Client's established analytics practice, the successful candidate will work with our clients to meet their reporting needs through ongoing analytics and strategic planning. The successful candidate will blend analytic and technical skills, and will be as comfortable working with clients to establish their analytics requirements as they are implementing and troubleshooting analytics code on existing sites. Responsibilities include: Work with clients to translate business goals and KPIs into reporting requirements Support clients by answering questions and troubleshooting issues regarding their Web analytics solutions Expert knowledge of implementation, reporting and extending Omniture SiteCatalyst Share research findings and best practices with team and company including customer insight, benchmarking, and industry updates Work with clients to expand their usage of Web analytics tools and help foster data driven decision making Analyze and report KPI to clients on a weekly and monthly basis Present insightful and actionable recommendations to teams and clients based on KPI Requirements: Bachelor's degree and a technical background Experience working with web analytics solutions such as: Omniture SiteCatalyst Strong analytical background Excellent verbal and written skills Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Expert at Excel Skills that are applicable to the position, however, are not definite requirements: Experience with other Web analytics solutions such as: HBX, Google Analytics, Unica Netinsight and WebTrends Strong understanding of HTML, the Internet and Web site development Strong JavaScript skills Flash ActionScript and additional programming skills a plus Expertise in SEM/PPC, SEO and Online Campaign strategies This is a client facing position that requires some travel (up to 20%), and a good deal of flexibility. Authorization to work in the US required. Client provides competitive salaries, excellent benefits, 401k.
