Note : Please clearly higlight your Cerner Millenium experience while you submit your resume. Pay Rate : $ 45 to 55/hr on W2 (all inclusive, travel and accomodation not paid) Job Details : Candidates must have Cerner Millenium experience. This is a short-term (8-10 weeks) engagement for a contractor/consultant to provide laboratory information systems analysis services to complete analysis of the laboratory business needs to develop the structure and process to support the routing of the Reference lab specimens to internal client's Regional Laboratories and have the processing done by a client's lab, thereby reducing our dependence upon external reference laboratories (Quest, LabCorp, etc) and enhance revenues. The contractor/consultant's role will be to evaluate the 1) Pre-Analytic, 2) Analystic and 3) Post-Analytic requirements for cross-regional laboratory system design, building and programming stages of the national solution. Works to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing this cross-regional electronic interface solution to the Laboratory Information Systems in each region. Contractor/consultant will complete a detailed project plan with schedule, business case, solution design (logical & physical)and develop strategic plan for implementation across all 8 regions. Interviews will be phone and then face to face. Must be onsite initially, but then could work remotely if needed. There is a possibility of this going longer than 8-10 weeks, but there is no guarantee.df-jb |
