Job/Project Details: The DFW area is seeking Bilingual Collectors to join their team. Responsible for contacting delinquent customers to collect payments and settle accounts. Initiates account settlements pre-approved by a supervisor. Employee will be working on an auto-dialer system making approximately 75 - 125 calls per day. To be considered for this position, candidates must have no less than three years experience in Call Center Collections. Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English. Previous experience in Auto/Mortgage collections is a plus but not required. Only tenured candidates will be considered.
