The team portfolio is composed of multiple in-house developed and vendor systems spanning multiple areas including Talent Management, Learning, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Staffing. These are some of the highest visibility tools in the organization.
This position requires a Developer with solid design and development practices to contribute to the reusable asset library (the HR Application Framework). In this role you would:  
  Contribute your ideas to the design of components, with an emphasis on reusability, simplicity and performance
  Bring best-of-breed engineering excellence processes (like unit testing, inspections and progress tracking) to the development of these components
  Contribute to design and code reviews, and provide guidance on best practices and improvements
  Demonstrate value of technical solution to Architects and Leads, and influence adoption across the divisions df-jb
