Job/Project Details: This Kofax/Java Developer Position Features: dynamic company growth opportunity on-site gym and cafeteria Great Pay to $110K Qualifications: Kofax Ascent experience: 2+ years Java Development: 2 years XML & development: 2 years Experience with relational databases including Oracle, & SQL Server: 2 years Experience with reporting software tools; such as Crystal Reports Experience working with Windows 9X, NT, XP, 2003 environment (presentation and server layers) Responsibilities: Kofax management including Ascent, Indicius, SQL, Oracle, DB2, and XML. Modification and documentation of the components of Kofax to support releases and upgrades. Development - Code programs according to business requirements and/or functional specifications. Document programs to track when, what, and who changed the program. Create & maintain technical documentation of programs. Analysis - Work with Systems Analysts to provide technical input on the feasibility and level of effort (LOE) for proposed system changes. Unit testing - Create test cases and scenarios to validate that program functions in accordance with business requirements and/or functional specifications. Document test results for the project folder. Application and System Support - Provide support to other programming staff and application support personnel. Help troubleshoot issues and complaints and follow a logical path to resolve the issues. df-jb
