Job/Project Details: Job Description: Personal Account Representative will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships as well as new customer attainment. Goals are based on new customer acquisition and shipped revenue. This is a performance based position and will include proactive outbound calling into a current customer base as well as prospecting into new customer communities. The Personal Account Representative will be accountable for meeting daily call targets. Job Requirements: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives and/or quota attainment. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of required technology which could include networking, servers or PC hardware/software. Proficiency in the use of email and navigation within the internet. High level of interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills. High level of business writing skills.
