Job/Project Details: Job Title: Inside Sales/Sales Specialist Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Mon-Fri Starting Pay $20 /hour.(negotiable). Description: Answer customer inquiries, prepare price quotations, follow up calls, prepare paper proofs for custom orders, and attend several trade shows nationwide to promote the sale of our products. Compensation: $20.00/hour during mandatory 90 probation period. Salary Potential: The successful candidate will be offered a compensation package that will include a base salary and commission. Your base salary will drop after 90 days and you will go to a low hourly wage and a very generous commission package. Don't let this bother you, you will make great money. In fact, you will have to work very hard to NOT make money in this job. Average total income for this position at the end of the first year is $45-55K. Commission is 3-tiered and earned by company gross sales, trade show personal sales, and overstock sales. Requirements: Two years previous sales experience required. We are looking for an extremely organized candidate who is able to carry a heavy work load. Candidate must have excellent communication and sales skills. Experience using Outlook, Excel and Word. Candidate must have good problem solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced office environment. Good oral and written English skills. Any experience with ACCPAC Plus or ACCPAC Advantage is a plus. Travel is required for this position so we are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that can attend 10-12 trade shows (5 days each trip) nationwide per year.
