Job/Project Details: Job Description: First contact for meeting and greeting customers as they enter the store, directing them to appropriate sales representatives, helping with service related functions within the Store including billing related inquiries and issues, processing bill payments, processing credits, entering orders and activating service. Assisting with stock replenishment and general store projects as needed. Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer satisfaction and encourages customers to remain with Verizon Wireless. Hours: Hours will vary depending on the weekly schedule.
