Currently Adecco is seeking qualified individuals to work with one of our business clients. Our client is the nation's leading provider of wireless communications. The company has the largest nationwide wireless voice and data network and 33.3 million customers. Apply Now! Opportunities to work as a Full-time contractor in the West Tampa area with our business client's Outbound Customer Loyalty Department. As an Outbound Representative you will be placing outbound calls to customers to inquire about product/service satisfaction, while offering to extend or renew their contracts. Up-selling is also an integral part of your job functions (data plans, additional lines, equipment, promotions, etc). Schedule: Call Center Hours of Operation are 7 days per week. You will be required to work ANYTIME during Call Center Hours of Operation (8am-11pm), and schedules are subject to change. The typical first week Training Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Flexibility is a must! STARTING Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour After the first 90 days, pay raises to $12.00 per hour Required Experience: *Minimum 1 year of Telemarketing experience. *Minimum 2 year of Outbound Sales experience. *Familiarity with retention call center environment desired. *Wireless/telecommunications industry experience highly preferred. *PC proficiency in Microsoft Office required. *Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills. *Minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Other Requirements: *Qualified applicants must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background checks, drug screening, employment verifications and education verification. *Qualified applicants must be available Full Time, ANYTIME during Call Center Hours, plus Over Time as needed. *Long-Term commitment.
