Job/Project Details: Well known, fast growing card lock fueling organization has an immediate need for a Sales Assistant. This position will assist the wholesale and dealer business units with customer services, dispatch, data management, report writing, as well as working with the dispatcher to help manage logistics and inventory for over 70,000,000 gallons of fuel annually. Different job related responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing customer service to wholesale, dealer, and commercial customers, preparing pricing spreadsheets and quotes, scheduling of fuel loads and communication with trucking companies and customers, and other tasks as assigned. A minimum of high level skills and competencies working with Microsoft, Excel, Access and other database programs preferred. Experience in the fuel industry a plus. Minimum of one year Customer Service or sales experience required.
