Requirements -3+ years of Inside Sales Support with working knowledge of Excel, Word AND ORACLE. -Must have superior customer service skills and be able to demonstrate articulate communication skills -Must have had experience supporting a sale and marketing team of at least 5 or more.

| Job/Project Details: |
**This is a 12 week temporary assignment & only those with recent ORACLE experience will be considered*** Duties: 1. Perform sales office administrative duties including project quotations development, assist customers with sales and order information. Receive and process sales calls. 2. Maintain and update the Customer Service Contact System, the Competitive Bid Analysis Systems, and the Prospective Projects System with current information. Collect, analyze and evaluate market data. 3. Organize and maintain the product literature library, agency standard specifications and customer listings. Process requests for promotional literature. 4. Monitor the status of new sales and change orders by running daily reports and distribute reports appropriately. 5. Participate in appropriate company professional and trade shows and association meetings; traveling occasionally. 6. Provide project coordination during the bid preparation phase, coordinating all of the cross-functional disciplines during the development of a complete and comprehensive bid proposal for the customer.df-jb |
