Job/Project Details: Immediate need for an employee in our marketing communications department. The graphic senior designer/web designer will be responsible for taking ownership of and executing both print and electronics projects. He or she will be equally familiar with the creative requirements of a brochure or an ad as with a piece of flash animation or a web landing page. Additionally, the graphic designer/web designer will have a positive, can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task under pressure and a good sense of humor. Responsibilities: The positions responsibilities include: Actively participate in the development of a wide range of marketing communications toolsincluding advertisements, brochures, direct mail pieces, trade and exhibit show signage, videos and web/interactive projectshelping a consistent brand presentation and effective presentation of corporate messaging. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of success in creating innovative marketing communications materials. Must be skilled in all the usual software packages required to produce print and electronic communications pieces (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, Flash, etc., etc.). Personal Characteristics: The successful candidate will: be highly collaborative put customer and team needs first be creative and analytical be action oriented and hands-on have strong communications skills Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design with experience working in a fast-paced professional setting either in an agency or in-house corporate communications group. Type of previous work 1. User Interface design and/or development 2. Software programmer and/ or developer If you feel you meet the above requirements, please apply with your resume in MS Word. Highly proficient with Adobe's Flash and/ or Adobe Director. Extremely comfortable with coding, action scripting and XML database interaction.
