Our client in Dayton, NJ is looking to add Customer Support Reps in their World Class Customer division This is an open ended temporary position. On site full service cafeteria! Eligible for Quarterly bonus The hours are 10am-6pm from Monday -Friday. Key Job Accountabilities: handling calls, offering customer support, processing high volume of orders via email, fax and phone. - Must be able to handle large volume of inbound calls while projecting polished phone and customer service skills - Must be able to meet deadlines - Works with department/store so much be able to interact with all levels of staff - Develops and maintains working relationships within the accounts; communicates with management issues and opportunities to achieve objectives. - Plans, organizes and meets deadlines. - Must be able to multitask - Communication is clear, well organized, timely and follows guidelines. - Checks and responds to voice mail & phone messages within time frame established.df-jb |
