Job Description: First contact for meeting and greeting customers as they enter the store, directing them to appropriate sales representatives, helping with service related functions within the retail location including billing related inquiries and issues, processing bill payments, processing credits, entering orders and activating service. Assisting with stock replenishment and general store projects as needed. Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer satisfaction and encourages customers to remain with this service. Non customer facing miscellaneous duties as assigned to include but not limited to: data entry, stuffing folders, stocking accessories, inventory, cleaning store, process customer applications, etc. Must have excellent typing and communication skills. Provides consistently excellent customer service by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality & professionalism. Ability to multitask in a fast environment, must be able to work a flex schedule including nights/weekends & holidays, ability to stand on feet all day, must be over 18. Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer satisfaction and encourages customers to remain with the client. Duration and Hours: This assignment is to last until October 2009 but with the possibility of being hired in. Medina location: Mon, Wedn, Thurs, Fri, Sat (off Tues and Sunday): 10:30am - 7:30pm Hours are subject to change. Pay: $10.82 / hour Position Requirements: . Background check required therefore no felonies or misdemeanors . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . 1-2 years in retail sales . High school diploma or equivalent . Must be over 18 . PC Skills (knowledge of Windows environment) . Inventory management skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment, standing on feet all day .
