Job/Project Details: REIMBURSEMENT CASE ADVOCATES EASTERN SUBURBS Adecco is a Fortune Global 500 company and the world leader in workforce solutions. Our comprehensive service offering includes temporary and contract staffing, permanent recruitment outplacement and career services, training and consulting. We are assisting our client, a nationwide mail order pharmacy, in staffing Reimbursement Case Advocates for their Monroeville and Blawnox locations. These are possible temporary to hire opportunities. The position responsibilities include ensuring that the patient is registered, completing benefit verification and coordinating with physicians/prescribers to pursue patient reimbursement cases. The client requires two or more years of relevant healthcare experience or 2+ years experience in a billing, collections and/or telephonic service delivery. A background in case management, thorough understanding of HIPPA requirements and experience working with third party reimbursement staff are also mandatory. A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Background and drug screenings are required. Pay rate is $15.00/hour.
