Job/Project Details: Client Services Representative. This position is primarily responsible for the following: * Servicing assigned client(s) on a daily basis via telephone and email. * Insuring completion and shipment of all orders. * Processing discrepancy reports on a same day basis. * Reviewing project managers and account status reports daily. * Processing work orders based on purchase orders received or as directed by the Account Manager. Job Requirements: Requirements: * Experience in a Duplication/Audio/Editing post-production environment. * 2-3 years customer service background. * Stable work history, computer proficiency and ability to prioritize tasks. * Ability to interface with other departments in a fast-paced environment. * Experienced with a variety of servicing issues and is able to work with minimal direction. * Extensive knowledge in all aspects of video post-production. df-jb
