ability to compound batches according to batch specifications and records, pre-weigh ingredients, batch OTC( over the counter)& some cosmetic products, reconcile ingredients usage for each batch, must be able to wash and sanitize mixing tanks and other equipment necessary, be familiar with the processes of the departments to ensure transfer of product to holding tanks, knowledge of GMP and SOP to perform this job 100%. Forklift certification a must, over time a must

Controls equipment to blend specified chemical possessing particular characteristics: Reads specifications to determin batch charactristics and type & weight of ingredients to be used. Selects and weigh ingredients to specifications. Turns valves and pours ingredients to fill mixer and pump containers. Statrs equipment and adjusts temperature, time and speed controls to blend ingredients, adding additional ingredients during blending cycle ans specified.
