Job/Project Details: Adecco, the world's leader in the staffing industry is looking for a 2nd Shift Injection Molding Machine Operator in the Manchester area. Under supervision perform required duties to operate injection molding, punch press, drill press, sonic press and tumbling machines of the department. Set up mold and equipment as directed. Work from prints and verbal instructions. Check part dimensions using mechanical blueprints and precision measuring equipment, working to critical tolerances. Utilize statistical process control techniques. Move materials as necessary in the performance of duties as required or directed. Detect, report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to Supervisor. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follow all safety, security rules and regulations. Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations (state/federal laws, ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.
