Job/Project Details: Immediate need for a Facilities coordinator,who is a self motivated, must be able to multi-task and prioritize needs and be a people person. To be able to meet the needs this person must be mechanically incline, has experience as a building maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs, performs scheduled monthly, semi-annual janitorial duties ( floor waxing, painting, window washing, carpet cleaning) also ensures safety measures by periodically checking the facilities , parking lots and grounds. Assures all entry doors are locked when evening activities are completed and secure any rooms that are not being used. This person will report to the director of Facilities.
