| Job/Project Details: |
Assemblers $11/hr temporary assembler positions converting to $12 direct positions in a growing medical device manufacturing company. Work schedule is during the daytime, usually 40 hrs/week, Monday thru Friday. Proficient temporary employees who meet all requirements may be converted to direct employment. Direct hire benefits include competitive medical and dental plans, 401K, and quarterly profit sharing. Strong company growth offers many potential opportunities for advancement. Training will be provided. Responsibilities: Assembly, inspection, and packaging of plastic chemistry analysis discs in a clean room environment Material handling, machine loading and unloading Reliable inspection of small attributes using magnification ring lamp at a fast pace Ability to maintain a record of the assembly process, progress and problems Provide a feedback to leads or supervisor when a deviation from accepted practice or safety issues are recognized Requirements: Pass basic inspection skills during the interview process and maintain inspection reliability throughout the duration of employment Ability to work at a fast pace and perform a variety of functions Ability to frequently lift 10 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation Availability to work between 6am & 9pm M-F, occasional Saturday work, flexibility to periodically shift scheduled start time High School diploma or equivalent; read, write and communicate clearly in English to carefully and consistently follow procedures Dependable attendance Team-work, cooperation with leadership, and a positive attitude Drug-free (Drug screen is performed during interview process) df-jb |
